Victoria Johnson
DIGITAL ARTIST
Exhibiting artist since 2019

Victoria Johnson, also known as The Sketchie Beast, is an award-winning digital artist, independent designer, illustrator, and an award-winning children's book illustrator. She has been an exhibiting artist since 2019.
Since starting her creative journey seven years ago, she has exhibited in art in galleries from Southern California to Northern California, El Paso TX to Bethlehem PA. She has had six solo exhibits, has been juried into several art festivals including Laguna Art-a-Fair in Laguna Beach, her first public showing. Her art has shown in the Ontario Museum of History and Art, Fullerton Museum Center, Chaffey Community Museum of Art, and San Bernardino County Museum. Public installations include Ontario Airport, the California Welcome Center of Yucca Valley, and twice at Buena Park City Hall Council Chamber.
She calls her artistic style Corrupted Creation, starting with a good foundation, then degrading each piece with elements that suggest imperfection, age and ruin. It’s her artistic philosophy—everything created corrupts; good and bad, beauty and ugly, sharing the same creator’s canvas as it does in life. But in the end, each piece is redeemed by the acceptance, appreciation, and love of the public that admires it.
