The La Habra Art Association is a volunteer-supported, nonprofit organization dedicated to:
- stimulating and coordinating creative expression by local artists
- advancing the appreciation of art by "Friends of Art"
- maintaining continuous local exhibits of the best available works of art, and
- holding a major outreach show to the local community and beyond.
The La Habra Art Association Gallery is located in an historic building in the Civic Center of downtown La Habra.
Gallery Hours: Thursday - Sunday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
What LHAA Does
- Sponsors a gallery for local artist-members to show and sell their work.
- Provides a new show in the gallery each month for public viewing at no charge.
- Produces a yearly calendar of art-related events for the public and members.
- Offers demonstrations and critiques to help artists grow.
- Offers classes by highly trained instructors to the public.
