Floral Drawing Workshops

  • Instructor – Anita Hunt
  • Days/hours – Sunday, February 19th and Sunday, March 18th > 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm
  • Levels – Open to all skill levels

If you haven’t worked with floral subjects, or just want to work on your observational skills and pencil technique, then join us in the gallery for these two workshops. We will work from a still life of fresh flowers and individual flowers using graphite on paper for February 19th; a new still life on March 18th, but bring in your choice of medium to make colour studies, or you can continue with pencil if you prefer. Both workshop days are free for members and non-members.

Drawing and Water Media

  • Instructor – Barbara McLaughlin
  • Days/hoursTuesdays > 10:00 am until 2:00 pm
  • LevelsBeginning to Advanced

Learn the basics of drawing before you begin the basics of water media (watercolour or acrylic) painting. Find out what will help your artwork improve from the critique session at the end of each class. Artists learn and grow by discussing their works; this help is what keeps students returning session after session.

New Session starting for November – call to register now!
